Our values let everyone know what Cadbury stands for, how we behave and our approach to doing business.

In our actions we believe in showing integrity, openness and respect.  In the way we work, we continue to be guided by our enduring values of responsibility, quality and performance.

Our Behaviours

Our values are built into the behaviours we expect of our colleagues and our leaders.  We call these behaviours our Leadership Imperatives. These 8 leadership imperatives guide the way we work together, how we do our jobs and also how we recruit and develop our people.  The 3 key behaviours which are expected of everyone are:  Accountable, Adaptable and Aggressive (and don’t worry, by aggressive we mean the drive and passion to succeed – nothing unfriendly!)  Another important behaviour expected of all our colleagues is that of Living our Values.  This is about putting our values into action in the things we do and say, everyday so that they become second nature in our professional lives.
