We take a personalized approach to developing our talent. One where managers work with their direct reports to create a flexible, inspirational and individualized plan that meets both development needs and career aspirations.

Development at Cadbury focuses on maximizing your potential.
You’ll work with your line manager to create a personal development plan that will build on your strengths and identify and specific needs to accelerate your growth. Development includes some training programs but also a variety of challenging on-the-job interventions.
We use the model on the left to categorize the resources (self-directed and formal learning programs) available to our colleagues.
It breaks capability down into 4 key areas:
- Functional Skills
- Leadership
- Business Skills
- People & Team Management
These 4 areas are underpinned by good practice in coaching, feedback and mentoring.
