In Canada, we have a number of initiatives that are led by our colleagues and we take great pride in bringing our colleagues together to make a difference.
Dig In
Dig In is our program of active volunteering and involvement on company time. A Dig In event brings colleagues together to give back to the community, mainly through environmentally friendly activity. Over the last few years we have planted over 3,000 trees at Downsview Park in Toronto and we received a Clean Beautiful City Award from Toronto Mayor David Miller for our significant clean up of the Toronto shore line.

Personal Volunteer Days
All Cadbury colleagues are encouraged to take advantage of two personal volunteer days during the calendar year. These days are outside of any personal or vacation time and allow our colleagues to donate their time, efforts, and expertise to an organization of their choice.
